Returns and Refund Policy
Effective Date: 28 April 2026
At Charmante New Forest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days from the date you received your order and we will then be able to issue you with a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
Exclusions
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Candles and wax melts that have been burned or used.
- Diffusers with the lid seal broken or reeds already used
- Any products with broken seals or damaged packaging (not caused during transit).
How to Return an Item
- Email us at hello@charmantenewforest.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide you with the return address and specific instructions.
- Items must be returned using a trackable mail/post service.
Once we have received your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. If you return your entire order, we will refund the cost of standard delivery. Please note we do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at hello@charmantenewforest.co.uk with photos of the damage sustained during transit or a description of the fault. We will then provide either a pre-paid return label or a full refund of your return postage costs.
