Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be received before your order is dispatched.

Shipping and Delivery

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.

Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour and appearance may occur. All candles, diffusers and wax melts should be used according to the safety instructions provided.

Limitation of Liability

Charmante New Forest shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
